    What is a "Lead and Learn?"


    A "Lead and Learn" is an educational meeting where RISE members can invite a guest to attend an informative session on current industry hot topics. 


  • RISE Mentorship Program

    If you are new to the industry or new to your role and are looking to work with a mentor, sign up for the RISE Mentorship Program today!  


    We want to invite all industry women to take part!  RISE, Women in Mortgage is part of the Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals organization.


    Our vision is to lead and influence the Mortgage Finance industry through empowerment and intentional opportunities for women.  One way to do this is through our RISE Mentorship Program.  We aim for professional development by connecting experienced women leaders with other women in our organization who want to learn and expand their skills and/or experiences. 


    If you are interested in participating as a mentee, then we want to hear from you. 


    To participate, you must be a FAMP member.

    We’re excited to announce an opening for an experienced Contract Mortgage Loan Processor at Saleztrax Mortgage Processing. We’re seeking a candidate with a positive attitude who is always willing to go the extra mile for our borrowers and Mortgage Loan Originators. Our ideal candidate is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and helping ensure smooth transactions every step of the way.


    Key Qualifications:

    • Fluent in Spanish (required)
    • Experience with Conventional, Government, Non-QM, and DSCR loans
    • Strong communication skills (phone, email, and loan notes)
    • NMLS Licensed in Florida (or willing to get licensed); licenses in GA/TX are a plus
    • Remote work with the option for in-office or hybrid at our Largo, FL location
